Booth Details
Exhibit space rental is $3,100 per single 10’ x 10’ booth and $150 for each exposed corner.
Each 10’ x 10’ booth reservation is allotted one (1) Full Conference badge and four (4) Exhibit Hall Only badges.
Exhibit payments are due by March 15th, 2024.

The ASHHRA24 Exhibitor Service Kit contains valuable event information, including a discount deadline checklist, contact information and order forms for furniture, shipping, electrical, and more.

Beyond the Booth
Search for Solutions
Bring traffic to your booth through the Search for Solutions game, a fun way to attract and engage with attendees.
All attendees receive a “solutions” card with their registration materials and they must visit all participating exhibitors to receive stamps on their cards. Once they have visited all participating exhibitor booths, attendees are eligible for the prize drawing on the last day of exhibits. A limited number of spots are available on the Search for Solutions. Secure your booth early to take advantage of this opportunity.
